Our Founder

Tiffany Norris started Alternative Care Solutions in 2013 on her own and started with minimal staff.  She covered shifts on her own until she accrued enough staff to place needed care hours.  Tiffany was able to do this being a CNA in previous years at different area nursing homes and being Lou Watson's personal home care provider for many years.  She educated herself on her own time to build the company now known as ACS.
